Be ready to indulge in a little festive luxury this December. At The Grand, we love the lead-up to Christmas, the hotel sparkles with seasonal decorations, the fires are lit, and there’s a warm, celebratory atmosphere throughout.

Join us for a two-night break and enjoy a delicious two-course dinner each evening from our à la carte menu, which will also feature some festive favourites. Each morning begins with a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day’s adventures, whether that’s Christmas shopping, scenic winter walks, or simply relaxing in comfort.

If you’re staying Friday and Saturday, make your break even more special by adding Sunday night for just £100, including bed and breakfast.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Flexible - 24 Hours

Credit/Debit card details will be required to secure your reservation.

No payment will be taken until arrival or in the event of non-arrival.
You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time up to 2pm the day before arrival (24 hours prior to arrival)
Payment for you package is due on arrival at the hotel
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation the full amount of the booking is chargeable.

25% Deposit

A non refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 7 days before arrival.
Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, if we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
Travel insurance is recommended

Package Deposit - 30 Days

A non refundable £300 deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 2pm 30 days days before arrival.
Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will sacrifice the full deposit. If we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
The remaining package balance is due for payment on check in. Any extras accumulated during the stay are due on check out.

£100 Deposit - 7 Days

£100 deposit will be taken upon booking:

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.

Full pre-payment will be taken upon booking:

Once booked it cannot be refunded
Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Modifying your reservation may incur additional charges.

1 Night Deposit

A non refundable 1 night deposit is required to confirm the booking.

All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.

Two-night minimum stay applies.

Package includes breakfast each morning and a two-course dinner each evening from our à la carte menu; supplements may apply to certain dishes, sides are charged separately, and a third course can be added at the standard menu price.

Drinks at dinner are not included in the package price.

Sunday night add-on rate of £100 applies to Bed & Breakfast only (dinner not included).
