Our Christmas decorations will be sparkling in full twinkle, creating a warm and magical welcome for every guest. Join us this festive season for our Christmas Recovery Package – the perfect post-Christmas indulgence where our team will take care of everything, leaving you free to relax and recharge after the excitement of the big day.

Enjoy a three-night stay in the room of your choice, with a freshly prepared breakfast each morning, accompanied by complimentary Bucks Fizz and Bloody Marys. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a festive treat and a drink in our cosy private residents’ lounge and bar.

Each evening, indulge in a delicious dinner from our à la carte menu, savouring seasonal dishes in the warm and inviting atmosphere of Café Grand. (Please note, some premium dishes may incur a small supplement.)

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

Flexible - 24 Hours

Credit/Debit card details will be required to secure your reservation.

No payment will be taken until arrival or in the event of non-arrival.
You may cancel or modify your reservation at any time up to 2pm the day before arrival (24 hours prior to arrival)
Payment for you package is due on arrival at the hotel
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation the full amount of the booking is chargeable.

25% Deposit

A non refundable 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 7 days before arrival.
Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will be charged one nights accommodation, this amount will automatically be debited from your credit card without prior notice, if we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
Travel insurance is recommended

Package Deposit - 30 Days

A non refundable £300 deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Payment will be registered on your confirmation.
All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.
The deposit can be transferred to another day if modified prior to 2pm 30 days days before arrival.
Non arrivals and cancellations received after this time will sacrifice the full deposit. If we are unable to re-let the room we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the reservation.
The remaining package balance is due for payment on check in. Any extras accumulated during the stay are due on check out.

£100 Deposit - 7 Days

£100 deposit will be taken upon booking:

All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable.

Full pre-payment will be taken upon booking:

Once booked it cannot be refunded
Canceling your reservation or failing to arrive will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

A non refundable 1 night deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Terms & Condtitions

Offer valid for stays on the Christmas Recovery Package only.

Three-night minimum stay applies, including breakfast each morning and dinner each evening from our à la carte menu.

Prices include all breakfast and dinner items published on our menus; some premium dishes may carry a small supplement.

Dinner menus include three courses with a vegan alternative available on a pre-order basis. A three-course children’s menu is also available each night.

Please inform us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking so our chefs can cater accordingly.

Dinner bookings are required. While we will do our utmost to meet your preferred dining time, these will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Drinks are not included in the package price but can be charged to your account and settled on departure.

Rooms are pre-allocated upon booking on a first come, first serve basis. Guests with a preferred room number are encouraged to book early to secure their choice.

Offer is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
