You must check-out before 11am on the scheduled date of departure unless otherwise stated within the offer. If you wish to check-out later then you can do so by buying a late check-out (£25.00). These services are subject to availability and must be booked direct with the hotel.
The hotel is a non-smoking establishment (including balconies). If you choose to smoke in the hotel we will be forced to apply a charge of up to £200 to cover the cost of deep cleaning

The hotel cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where any event which the hotel could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control. Payment of your final balance should be made upon departure. If for any reason payment is not made at this time, we will forward our invoice to you for payment. We do, however, reserve the right to deduct any outstanding charges from your credit or debit card.By confirming a booking you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the hotel or other supplier. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to deduct any damage charges from your credit or debit card.We reserve the right at any time to terminate your stay or that of any member of your party due to misconduct, where justified in their reasonable opinion. No refunds will be given. Furthermore, the hotel shall be under any obligation whatsoever to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses you may incur as a result of your stay being terminated.
